The following definitions are used within this license agreement:
* "Software" means the Software product, accompanying components and any related documentation.
* "you" means the end user of the Software.
* "Registered Copy" means a copy of the Software for which a Serial Number has been purchased by the user from Check n Do, one of our approved reseller or affiliate partners, or otherwise supplied directly to the end user from Check n Do and entered into the Software product, and which is described as registered to a named end user in the About screen or in any other information screen displayed by the program.
* "Serial Number" means a unique identifier that is purchased by the end user exclusively for the use of the end user for the purpose of providing the end user with a Registered Copy of the Software.
This license is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Check n Do. You may use the Software only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you cannot agree with the terms of this agreement you must not use this Software and should promptly remove it from your computer.
This Software is copyrighted material and is protected by English and international copyright laws.
Check n Do hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the accompanying copyrighted Software in accordance with the following conditions:
You may not modify, reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassemble the Software under any circumstance except to the extent that law expressly permits such activity.
You are permitted to use a Trial Version of this Software for the duration of the trial period as specified in the Software program to evaluate the Software to determine if the program meets your requirements before purchasing Serial Number for it. If you find the Software of use to you, you are required to purchase a Serial Number for it.
Once you obtain a Serial Number for the Software you must not publish or distribute the Serial Number. You should take reasonable precautions to prevent the Serial Number from being obtained by any third party.
For any Registered Copy of the Software:
By purchasing a licenses you agree not to install or use any copy of the Software on more than one computer at a time.
We aim to produce our Software to a high standard. However, we do not make any guarantee of the quality or reliability of the Software, or of the compatibility of the Software with the computer or Software configuration of the computer on which you install the Software.
Users of the Software with a valid Registered Copy are eligible for free email-based technical support for the Software at the discretion of Check n Do.
On occasions we may provide users of a Trial Version of the Software with free email-based technical support for the Software at the discretion of Check n Do.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other party for any reason, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, lost of data or data corruption, pecuniary loss or interruption to business arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the Software or your relationship with us.
